Commissions
Commissions are invited for works for house or garden.
best woods for outside are oak, greenheart and red gum.
the last two are reclaimed from Falmouth Harbour - no rot after 80 years
in the sea.
Other woods, if treated, can last for many years outdoors. eg.Larch
Look at the "garden" gallery to see the timbers used.
You may also send or bring your own timber, perhps from a favourite tree,
to be
into a lasting memento.
For indoor situations the scope of timbers is much wider. I am using UK
timbers only - reclaimed as above.
Ash, Yew, Elm , Oak, Walnut, Birch, Macrocarpa, Box, Hawthorn, Apple, Mulberry,
Laburnum, Sycamore, Holly, Plum, Cherry, Pear havbe all been used successfully.
