Exhibition at Lacy Road Gallery
This exhibition is the fruition of thirty years development of an idea.
"As well as Samvado's wooden and stone 4D spheres, various artists have been commissioned or invited to make versions with other materials, ceramic, cast bronze, cast glass, cast silver, steel sheet, woven willow.
The delicacy of the bridge across the symmetry, touching or not quite, held up by the arms, holding the circular space lightly, merging to the solid circle below, all hollowed to the absent half, a greater symmetry of form and formless."
